The modern and lovingly furnished holiday apartment in
The 1st floor offers 65 m² of space for 2-5 people.
It is divided into a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. A special highlight: the infrared sauna for cold winter days!
The modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. It features a large refrigerator (with freezer compartment), an oven, a stove with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There's also a toaster, a kettle, and, of course, a coffee maker.
The cozy dining area adjoins the kitchenette. The round, extendable table invites you to enjoy breakfast or a delicious dinner together. It comfortably seats five people. There's also plenty of room for the apartment's highchair.
The living room is furnished with two large sofas and a reading chair, providing plenty of space for watching TV together on the large 58-inch Smart TV or enjoying relaxing game nights. A stereo system, various games, and plenty of reading material also provide entertainment during your vacation. Of course, the apartment also has free Wi-Fi, so nothing stands in the way of streaming the latest series.
From the living room you can access the large south-facing balcony with parasol, 4 chairs and table.
The first bedroom features a large double bed (1.80x2.00m), a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. A flat-screen TV is also included.
The second bedroom, perfect for a children's room, features a bunk bed for 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 children. A large chest of drawers and a wardrobe are provided for your holiday wardrobe. A second TV is also available for your children's relaxation.
For cold autumn and winter days, our infrared sauna is available in the hallway.
The modern bathroom features a shower, vanity unit, mirrored cabinet, toilet, and heated towel rail. To keep your feet warm, we've installed underfloor heating.
A small, separate storage room includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. You can also conveniently store your suitcases here.
A parking space is reserved for you directly on the property and a tool shed also offers the possibility to store some equipment, such as bicycles or surfboards.
Free bicycles are available in the Lotsenkoje tool shed, allowing you to do your shopping, ride along the Burger Binnensee to the south beach, or even circumnavigate the entire island. Whether you're alone, as a couple, or with the whole family—there are plenty of bikes available!
Please bring your own bed linen and towels from home. However, you can also book these additional services with us if needed. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted.
