The modern and stylishly furnished ground-floor apartment offers 86 m² of space for 2-6 people. It features a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) with shower and underfloor heating.
The modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. It features a large refrigerator (with freezer compartment), an oven, a stove with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There's also a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The cozy dining area connects the kitchen and living room, inviting you to enjoy breakfast or a delicious dinner together. It comfortably seats 8 people. There's also plenty of room for the apartment's highchair.
The living room is furnished with a large corner couch, providing ample space for watching TV together on the large 55-inch Smart TV or spending relaxing game nights. The couch folds out into a comfortable 1.40m sofa bed in just a few easy steps.
A stereo system, various games, and plenty of reading material are also available to provide entertainment during your vacation. Of course, the apartment also has free Wi-Fi, so you can stream the latest series.
We also have cozy reading and chill-out corners: Choose whether your favorite spot is the sofa or one of the comfortable reading chairs!
The first bedroom features a large and comfortable box-spring bed (1.80x2.00m), a spacious wardrobe, and a 32-inch TV. From here, you have access to the en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet, as well as the terrace.
The second bedroom features another box spring bed (1.80x2.00m) and a wardrobe. Of course, a 32-inch TV is also included for a relaxing holiday experience.
The second bathroom is located right next to the bedroom and features a shower, vanity unit, mirrored cabinet, toilet, and heated towel rail. To keep your feet warm, we've installed underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Both the living room and the bedroom lead to the large terrace. There, you'll find a large table with eight chairs, a parasol, and a super comfortable hanging chair. There's also a tool shed for bicycles, surfboards, handcarts, etc.
The garden is perfect for playing and romping, and from here you can get directly to the sandpit and swing, which are also part of the pilot quarters.
A small, separate storage room includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. You can also conveniently store your suitcases here.
A parking space is reserved for you directly on the property.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels from home. However, you can also book these additional services with us if needed. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted.
